1. Services
Grow Animation Studio produces animated explainer videos, product animations and motion graphics for businesses. The website presents our work and allows you to request a quote or schedule an introductory call. Project-specific conditions — scope, deliverables, price, timeline and revisions — are agreed in a separate written proposal or contract for each engagement, which prevails over these general terms.
2. Quotes and Proposals
Quote requests submitted through the website are non-binding for both parties. Prices communicated informally (including in blog articles) are indicative and may change; only a written proposal issued by us constitutes an offer.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the showreel, case videos, illustrations, text and branding — belongs to Grow Now Animation, Unipessoal Lda or its clients and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without prior written permission. Rights over commissioned work are defined in each project's contract.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, submitting spam through our forms, or using automated tools to scrape content in violation of applicable law.
5. Disclaimer and Liability
The website is provided "as is". While we keep its content accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding completeness or availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Portuguese law.
