- Contact and quote requests: when you submit our quote form we collect your name, email address and the project description you provide.
- Scheduling: if you book a call through Calendly, the data you enter is processed by Calendly LLC under its own privacy policy.
- Usage analytics: we use analytics and behaviour tools (such as Hotjar) that collect anonymised usage data — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information — to help us improve the website.
2. Why We Process Your Data
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To operate, secure and improve our website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Third-Party Services
The website relies on a small number of processors: our hosting provider, Calendly (scheduling), Hotjar (usage analytics) and Resend (transactional email delivery for the quote form). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where that happens, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Retention
Quote requests and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if a project follows, for the duration of the contractual relationship plus applicable legal retention periods. Analytics data is retained according to each tool's standard retention settings.

Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability.
